This policy describes how the DISPL Real-world AI Agent applications (Android, iOS and the
web app at agentchat.displ.com — together, the “App”) handle information. The App is operated
by DISPLAYFORCE GLOBAL LIMITED, 1 Iapetou, Agios Athanasios 4101, Cyprus
(“we”, “us”).
What the App processes
Access token. The token you enter (or open via a personal link)
identifies your venue. It is stored in encrypted storage on your device and sent with each
request to authenticate you.
Your questions and feedback. Questions you type and ratings (👍/👎)
are sent to our servers to generate answers, and are retained in service logs for
reliability, quota accounting and abuse prevention.
Venue analytics. Answers are built from aggregated analytics of your
organisation's DISPL deployment (footfall counts, campaign plays, device status, scene-event
descriptions). The App shows aggregated numbers and event descriptions only — no video
streams. This data belongs to your organisation, which acts as the data controller.
Push token. If you enable alerts, a device push token is registered
with our servers solely to deliver the notifications you subscribed to. Disable notifications
at any time in system settings or by turning alerts off.
Local chat history. Your conversation history is stored on your device
only. “New chat”, logging out or uninstalling clears it.
What we do not do
No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
No sale of personal data.
No sharing with third parties, except processors that operate parts of the service for
us: cloud hosting, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service for
notification delivery, and AI model providers that process question text under contract,
solely to generate answers.
Retention and deletion
Service logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Access can be revoked
at any time by your organisation's administrator, which disables the token. To request
deletion of data related to your token, contact us at the address below.

To request deletion of the data associated with your use of the DISPL Real-world AI Agent
app:
Send an email to hello@displayforce.ai
with the subject “Data deletion request — DISPL Real-world AI Agent”.
Include the venue name you connect to (shown in the app's top bar), so we can locate
the records tied to your access token.
We will delete your chat questions, feedback and push-notification tokens from our
systems within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted: your questions and feedback in service logs, and your device push tokens.
What is retained: aggregated venue analytics — it belongs to your organisation (the data
controller) and is not tied to you personally; and billing/quota records we must keep for
accounting, for the legally required period. Local chat history on your device is removed by
logging out or uninstalling the app.
Audience
The App is a business tool intended for adults (18+) working with a DISPL deployment. It is
not directed at children.
